Amazing things happen when you start showing up for yourself.
☆ All the people who were not in it for you reveal themselves.
☆ All the bad energies that seemed to just "be part of your life" become identifiable and removable.
☆ You may lose a job, an opportunity you had felt weighted about, or a stream of income that had negative strings attached to it.
☆ Your voice seems like it grew 10 fold in strength and clarity. Maybe you have suddenly noticed you cannot hold back or have no filter.
☆ Your real passion comes to the light. And you feel so elated when you are active in it. So much you wonder what the heck you were even doing before partaking in it.
☆ You attract happy moods without any encouragement of substances, coffee, or sugar. You just wake and feel like there is a new thrill in your life.
☆ You get to bed easier or earlier. That insomnia pattern of overthinking or tossing around seems to dissipate.
☆ You have stronger convictions and stronger set boundaries. And now that you know what they are, you refuse to let loose of them for anyone else's comfort.
☆ You feel like your personal growth has accelerated. And you feel that way because it has. When you step into your own power and honor yourself, your growth rapidly accelerates faster towards who you truly are underneath everyone else's bullshit.
When you show up for yourself, things do not feel
■ SHAKY ■ SCARY ■ UNPREDICTABLE
-------> Showing up means taking the wheel.
Maybe you were on auto pilot because of trauma.
Maybe you chose to be because growing up felt scary.
Maybe all this time, someone else had the fcking wheel.
Like your nagging parents or your controlling partner, a best friend you spent years serving or honoring instead of yourself.
☆ Maybe it is as simple as nobody ever taught you how to "take the wheel".☆
So today I have decided I want to be your person.
Honey. Take the wheel.
We get told by how many people in our lives that it is selfish or self centered to honor our own needs first.
As women, we get told we have to serve everyone else and then pencil ourselves in.
But all those people speaking were not being honest. Those were their fears. Their perpetuated traditions and double standards. Their own longing to have love and be honored.
So please do not be angry with them.
I have decided to extend my hand and voice out to YOU, because I am here on the other side of that line.
And when you feel good, you do good.
You spread the word.
You rally up the people you love and you spread the truths that will truly change their lives.
"Put you first. Then go out into the world and serve the many".
So when you start showing up for yourself, go back to those who held their heads in their own self doubt.
And spread the words.
Underneath all the fears is love, love for self and others. Love for life.
Life is meant to be enjoyed.
Life becomes joy when you know who you are underneath it all.
And this is no sales pitch.
There are no amount of dollar signs or catch phrases or metaphors to convince you of the joy life can bring.
I cannot convince you.
Love is not manipulation. It just is.
But I know you will feel this too.
When you just start showing up.
